Picking up where our last Session of the same title left off, this Session will cover how to evaluate your legal/estate plan as a Single by better understanding your current legal/estate plan with your spouse. Have you vocally contributed to your current plan? Are your wishes, as the non-financial spouse, reflected in your current plan? We will talk about and define a Will, Powers of Attorney, and a Living Will. We will discuss how to incorporate charitable intent into your plan. Lastly, this Session will broach the subject of organizing and editing your new found life as a single. Again, this Session is meant to be a glimpse of the steps needed for a healthy transition in case you were suddenly left in charge of EVERYTHING.
